On September 15, 2026, at about 7 p.m. Pacific daylight time, an Airbus Helicopters AS350 B2 (N358TV), was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Chatsworth, California. The two people in the helicopter and one person on the ground were fatally injured; two others on the ground were injured. The helicopter was operated by Angel City Air as an electronic news gathering flight for NBC4 Los Angeles and Telemundo 52.
All aspects of this incident accident remain under investigation.
