The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating an Amtrak derailment in Philadelphia, Pa.
NTSB investigator Ted Turpin is leading the team as investigator-in-charge. NTSB Board Member Robert Sumwalt acompanied the team and served as the principal spokesman during the on-scene phase of the investigation.
