The NTSB Board met to determine the Probable Cause of the May 2014 aviation accident in Bedford, MA.

On May 31, 2014, a Gulfstream G-IV airplane was destroyed after a rejected takeoff and runway excursion at Laurence G. Hanscom Field in Bedford. The two pilots, a flight attendant, and four passengers were killed.
