The photo availability is for credentialed representatives of the news media.  The three pieces of pipe - the 27-foot ruptured pipe piece, the 15-foot north piece and the 11-foot south piece - are in a laboratory at the Board&apos;s Training Center in Ashburn, Virginia for examination.</description>
