On Sept 1, 2004, at 1836 UTC, and Air Malta Boeing 737-300, registration 9H-ADH, blew a tire on takeoff from Glasgow, UK. The left main gear and flaps were damaged and a hydraulic leak occured. There were no injuries. The UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch is investigating.
