NTSB investigators may not have traveled in support of this investigation and used data provided by various sources to prepare this aircraft accident report.THE ENG LOST POWER ON TAKEOFF & THE ACFT STRUCK TREES AS THE PLT WAS ATTEMPTING TO RETURN TO THE APRT. THE CENTER ELECTRODES OF THE SPARK PLUGS WERE WORN & COVERED WITH CARBON. NONE OF THE PLUGS WOULD FIRE ABOVE 55 PSI WHEN PUT IN A CHAMPION FIRE TESTOR. ALSO, NONE OF THE PLUGS PASSED THE CHAMPION MASSIVE ELECTRODE WEAR GAUGE.
