THE ACFT ALSO BALLOONED AND AT TOUCHDOWN THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE ACFT SKIDDED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY AND DESTROYED A RWY LIGHT DURING THE MANEUVER.
