ON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION, DEEP DUSK CONDITIONS COMBINED WITH HAZE, RESTRICTED GROUND REFERENCE CUES. IN ADDITION, PLT STATED HE MISREAD THE ALTIMETER. ACFT COLLIDED WITH TREES 1 MILE SHORT OF RUNWAY. PLT HAD 0.5 HOURS NIGHT FLYING.
