NTSB investigators may not have traveled in support of this investigation and used data provided by various sources to prepare this aircraft accident report.THE ACFT ROLLED OVER DURING AN EMERGENCY LANDING. THE PLT CLAIMED THAT THE ROTOR DISENGAGED AT ABOUT 30 FT AGL DURING TAKEOFF. AFTER THE ACCIDENT THE UPPER HALF OF THE YOKE CONTROL WAS FOUND FRACTURED. A LAB REPORT STATED THAT NO MATERIALDEFECTS WERE RELATED TO THE FAILURE. A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY DID NOT INDICATE ANY REASON TO SUSPECT IT OF FAILURE.
