THE WIND WAS FROM 210 DEGREES AT 19 KTS GUSTING TO 27 KTS. THE PLT SAID THAT IF THE MARKER HAD BEEN 'BREAK-AWAY' PLASTIC THE DAMAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN NEGLIABLE.
