WRECKAGE INDICATIVE OF HIGH SPEED WATER IMPACT. DENSE FOG AND LOW CEILING REPORTED OFFSHORE SOUTH OF DAUPHIN ISLAND. VFR FLIGHT. PLT NOT CURRENT IN INSTRUMENT CONDITIONS.
