DURING THE GO-AROUND, A DOWNDRAFT WAS ENCOUNTERED. THE PLT LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT WHICH ROLLED INVERTED AND STRUCK THE GROUND. THE PLT REPORTED THE WIND VELOCITY VARIED FROM ZERO TO 50 KTS AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
