DURING A WINDY CROSSWIND APPROACH THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE GROUND SHORT OF THE RUNWAY BREAKING OFF THE NOSE GEAR AND THEN NOSING OVER INVERTED.
