APPROACH WAS HIGH AND FAST, LEADING TO BALKED LNDG. ON THROTTLE APPLICATION, ENG QUIT. ACFT COLLIDED WITH TREES BEYOND RUNWAY. THE ENGINE WAS TEST RUN WITH NO MALFUNCTIONS. THE FUEL SAMPLES WERE CLEAR OF CONTAMINATES. NO SYSTEM FAILURES WERE FOUND.
