THE PILOT LANDED ON A WET SOD RUNWAY 1,600 FEET LONG. AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE AIRPLANE BEFORE THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRPLANE SKIDDED OFF THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT.
