THE PILOT REPORTED A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER AND A SUBSEQUENT FORCED LANDING. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE #5 EXHAUST ROCKER ARM HAD FAILED DUE TO FATIGUE.
