WHILE PRACTICING APPROACH TO LANDING STALLS THE STUDENT INADVERTENTLY EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM FLAP EXTENSION SPEED WITH THE FLAPS EXTENDED AND THE REAR SPAR WAS DAMAGED.
