THE PILOT STATED HE STALLED THE AIRPLANE WHILE IN A SLOW, LEFT TURN, AT A LOW ALTITUDE. THE AIRPLANE THEN ENTERED A NOSE LOW ATTITUDE, COLLIDED WITH A TREE, AND HIT THE GROUND.
