THE PILOT STATED THAT ON HIS THIRD TOUCH-AND-GO LANDING HE REDUCED POWER IN THE FLARE AND THE AIRPLANE LANDED HARD ON THE SOFT, WET, SOD RUNWAY. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE FUSELAGE SPLIT AFT OF THE COCKPIT.
