THE STUDENT PILOT WITH NO KNOWN RECENT INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING WAS PERFORMING TURNS 150 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND WHEN THE AIRPLANE STALLED AND COLLIDED WITH TERRAIN AT STEEP DESCENT ANGLE.
