On June 1, 2015, about 0950 Pacific daylight time, a Cessna 182 airplane, N759AS, impacted terrain under unknown circumstances, about 23 nautical miles northwest of Sikanni Chief, British Columbia, Canada. The pilot and passenger sustained fatal injuries.
The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada is investigating the accident. As the State of Manufacture of the airplane and engine, the NTSB has designated a U.S. accredited representative to assist the TSB in its investigation.
