• Very informative and spoke directly to my concerns and weak areas.

• Because of my past experiences in casualty investigation, I was not looking forward to this class, but I am glad I came. I have a new appreciation for the casualty investigations and the NTSB method of conducting them without having to find fault. It is truly honorable work.

• Great information on fatigue. I personally would have liked to have heard more, but this may have been enough for this course. I am now considering taking your course on human factors.
• Instructors were more than qualified and displayed vast amounts of knowledge.
• The instructors and presenters really make the class. Frequently experts talk about or present material in classes and their presentation skills kill the presentation – the NTSB personnel were well prepared! Nice job.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of practical maritime environment.
