| Performance Results |
Upon completion of this course the
participant will:
- Improve the overall preparedness of an airline response team
- Reduce confusion following an accident event by proactively managing the
on-scene situation
- Explain the role of the air carrier as a part of the “party process” at a
domestic and international investigation.
- Identify what the federal law
requires of air carriers regarding family
assistance
