Mr. Chairman, Members, staff offers the following conclusions for discussion.
The Board should be prepared to maintain - and to increase our level of activity in international investigations to support the confidence of the public in the air transportation system.
The Board needs to promote Safety Recommendations of an international scope, drawn from facts associated with all our international sources.
The Board should pursue international training academy goals that will lead to a worldwide improvement in the quality of air safety investigation.
The Board should continue outreach efforts with our peers through international organizations to further our own expertise, to build and maintain professional contacts, and to contribute to improved investigations, accident reports and safety recommendations.
