Congresswoman Jackie Speier and members of her staff visited the NTSB materials laboratory on January 25 to see first-hand the metallurgical work being done by NTSB investigators on the San Bruno pipeline rupture.  Rep. Speier represents San Bruno and has been very interested in the NTSB’s investigation.  Joe Kolly, Mike Budinski, Don Kramer, Chairman Deborah Hersman, and other NTSB staff answered her questions about this tragedy that affected the lives of many of her constituents.
