WASHINGTON - The National Transportation Safety Board has rescheduled a Board meeting to determine the probable cause of the crash involving a commercial truck that struck an Amtrak train in Miriam, Nev. The meeting, now scheduled for Dec. 11, had been previously scheduled for Oct. 30 but was postponed due to the disruptions caused by Hurricane Sandy.
