The National Transportation Safety Board has launched a Go Team to investigate a collision involving a tour boat and a barge early this afternoon.
Local officials have reported that 2 passengers are missing in the accident. Tom Roth-Roffy has been designated the Safety Board's Investigator-in-Charge. Member Robert Sumwalt is accompanying the team and will serve as principal spokesman for the on-scene investigation.
