NTSB launches team to aviation accident in Thomson Georgia

WASHINGTON - The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the Feb. 20 accident in Thomson, Georgia involving a Beech 390 crashed in the vicinity of the airport. Senior Aviation Investigator Ralph Hicks is the Investigator-in-Charge. Board Member Robert Sumwalt traveled with the team served as the principal on-scene spokesman. Public Affairs Officer Terry Williams also accompanied the team.
