NTSB Investigating Crash of a de Havilland Otter Air Taxi in Alaska

The National Transportation Safety Board launched a go-team to Alaska to investigate the July 7, 2013 crash of a de Havilland DHC-3 Otter. The air taxi crashed at Soldotna Airport in Soldotna, Alaska.

NTSB Senior Aviation Accident Investigator Dan Bower will serve as investigator-in-charge. NTSB Board Member Earl F. Weener accompanied the team and served as the principal spokesman.
