Motorcoach Accident Investigation

At approximately 4:55 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, the motorcoach was traveling northbound on Interstate 95 in the vicinity of milepost 103 in Caroline County, Virginia, when it departed the right side of the highway and rolled over. As a result of the accident, four passengers were killed and the bus sustained extensive damage.

Peter Kotowski is the Investigator-in-Charge for the team. Member Earl Weener served as principal spokesman during the on-scene phase of the investigation.
