The pilot was landing with a left crosswind. The pilot stated the touchdown on runway 16 was normal, but during the rollout the airplane began to drift to the left. The pilot stated he applied right brake and rudder in an attempt to correct the situation, but the airplane departed the runway surface, struck a snow bank and nosed over.
