The Cessna Citation, N1127K, landed short and left of runway centerline at Bucharest, Romania. The nose and main landing gear were destroyed and other structural damage occurred. No serious injuries to the 2 crew and 5 passengers. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13, the investigation is begin conducted under jurisdiction of the government of Romania.
