According to information provided by the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, the flight crew was cleared for an NDB approach to Runway 09, at 2218. The crew executed a missed approach, and was cleared for another instrument approach to Runway 09, at 2230. The crew completed the approach, but the airplane touched down about half way down the 5,000-foot runway.
