On April 19, 2000, at 0705 local (Philippines), a Boeing 737-200, Philippines registration RP-C3010, operating as Air Philippines Flight 541, was destroyed by impact forces and a post-accident fire after the airplane collided with high terrain during the execution of a missed approach to the Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao, Philippines.
The 2 pilots, 4 flight attendants, 1 mechanic and 124 passengers received fatal injuries.
