DCA97WA035DCA97WA035 On March 30, 1997, about 1100 local time a Bell 212, registered to and operated by the state government of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, experienced a loss of tail rotor control and crashed into a residence in a suburb of Monterrey, Mexico. It is reported that there was a noise to the rear of the aircraft followed by loss of tail rotor control. This accident is under investigation by the Government of Mexico.
