On July 13, 1994, at 1215 Pacific daylight time, a Cessna 140, N77045, nosed over during the landing roll at the Crest Airpark, Kent, Washington, during a local solo instructional flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time and no flight plan was filed. The airplane was substantially damaged and the student pilot was not injured.
