On June 22, 1994, at 0800 central daylight time, a Grumman G- 164A, N6535, was substantially damaged during a forced landing to a plowed field near Parkin, Arkansas. The pilot was not injured and the aircraft sustained substantial damage. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for this aerial application flight and no flight plan was filed. According to the pilot, a complete power loss occurred while maneuvering during an aerial application flight. Examination of the engine by an FAA inspector provided no information as to the reason the engine lost power, and the pilot provided no information in that regard. During the forced landing, the airplane nosed over in soft terrain.
