On September 24, 2005, at an unknown time, an Australian registered Beech A36, Australia registry VH-BKM, crashed under unknown circumstances 50 km south of Tenterfield, NSW, Australia. The aircraft was reported missing on a flight from Murwillumbah NSW to Coonabarabran NSW when it did not arrive as scheduled on the 24th, and the wreckage was located on September 29th by the owner of the property on which it crashed. The aircraft was being operated by the owner on a personal flight under the provisions of the Australian civil air regulations. Both the pilot and one passenger sustained fatal injuries and the aircraft was destroyed. The weather conditions at the time of the accident are unknown.
