PLT APPROACHED WITH A HIGHER THAN NORMAL AIRSPEED. THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN NOSE WHEEL FIRST ABOUT 1/3 DOWN THE RWY COLLAPSING THE NOSE GEAR CAUSING THE PROPELLER TO STRIKE THE RWY.
