WITNESSES OBSERVED THE PLT MAKE A STEEP APPROACH. AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE ACFT BOUNCED 3 TIMES & THE PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE PLT DID NOT HAVE ANY PLT CERTIFICATES.
