THE FATHER OF THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN TAKEN WITHOUT PERMISSION. THE PILOT HOLDS AN EXPIRED STUDENT PILOT CERTIFICATE. IN ADDITION, THE PILOT WAS UNDER TREATMENT FOR A MEDICAL CONDITION.
