NTSB investigators either traveled in support of this investigation or conducted a significant amount of investigative work without any travel, and used data obtained from various sources to prepare this aircraft accident report.A WITNESS LOCATED AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT CLIMBED TO AN ALTITUDE OF APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET WHEN THE ENGINE STOPPED RUNNING. IN A NOSE HIGH ATITUDE THE LEFT WING WAS OBSERVED TO DROP AND A STALL OCCURRED. THE PILOT HAD NO RECOLLECTION OF EVENTS BEFORE OR AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
