DURING LANDING, THE STUDENT PILOT BOUNCED AND THEN TOUCHED DOWN HARD. THE NOSE GEAR FAILED AND THE FIREWALL AND PROPELLER WERE DAMAGED. THE FIXED BASE OPERATOR REPORTED LIGHT TURBULENCE.
