NTSB investigators either traveled in support of this investigation or conducted a significant amount of investigative work without any travel, and used data obtained from various sources to prepare this aircraft accident report.THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED AFTER THE PILOT MADE A LOW PASS OVER RUNWAY 13. AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED TO PULL UP INTO A 40 TO 45 DEGREE CLIMB, THEN STALL AND ENTER A SPIN. IT CRASHED IN A NEAR VERTICAL DESCENT.
