HE FURTHER STATED THAT 'YOU COULD SEE SWIRLS OF WATER ON THE LAKE'S SURFACE.' HE DEPARTED THE LAKE TOWARDS THE EAST AND WHEN ABOUT 350 AGL ENCOUNTERED A DOWNDRAFT THE ACFT SETTLED INTO THE TREES WITH FULL POWER ON.
