THE ALTA SIERRA PASS IS 6,500 FT MSLWITH MOUNTAIN TOPS AT 8,320 FT MSL. THE PLT WAS ISSUED A STUDENT CERTIFICATE ON 8/22/80 WHICH WAS NOT RENEWED.
