THE ACFT RAN INTO A DITCH DURING TAKEOFF AND COLLAPSED THE LANDING GEAR. THE PLT SAID HE WAS STEERING AROUND SOME MUD HOLES WHEN THE WING BECAME ENTANGLED IN HIGH GRASS ALONGSIDE THE RWY. THE ACFT GROUNDLOOPED OFF THE RWY INTO A DITCH. THE WINGS AND LANDING GEAR WERE DAMAGED.
