THE PLT SAID HE WAS STEERING AROUND SOME MUD HOLES WHEN THE WING BECAME ENTANGLED IN HIGH GRASS ALONGSIDE THE RWY. THE ACFT GROUNDLOOPED OFF THE RWY INTO A DITCH. THE WINGS AND LANDING GEAR WERE DAMAGED.
