AFTER FLYING APRX 4 MI FURTHER, THE ENG LOST POWER AGAIN, AND AGAIN, THE PLT OBTAINED A RESTART. AFTER A 3RD LOSS OF POWER, THE PLT WAS MAKING A FORCED LANDING WHEN THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH AN ELECTRICAL WIRE & CRASHED APRX 1 MI FROM THE ARPT.
