THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH UNMARKED WIRES OVER A RIVER AT ABOUT 150 FEET AGL. A WITNESS OBSERVED THE ACFT LOW OVER THE RIVER AND CALLED AN AMBULANCE BEFORE THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE WIRES.
