THE PILOT TRIED TO LAND DOWNWIND BUT HIS AIRSPEED WAS TOO HIGH AND THE GO-AROUND WAS STARTED TOO LATE. DURING CLIMBOUT THE LANDING GEAR CAUGHT ON A TELEPHONE CABLE WHICH ARRESTED THE ACFT.
